Black Cobra Toughbook
Made by Panasonic, this CF-19 military model is the smallest of the Toughbook line known as being the most rugged laptops available. Water, shock, pressure, temperature, dust and vibration resistant, making it perfect for any outdoor condition.
I’ve used various Toughbooks over the years throughout my career and considering they’re all PC’s, these impressive machines have been the most reliable in the harshest of conditions.
Although my primary laptop is a MacBook Air, the CF-19’s armored design and relative carryability makes it more ideal for tactical scenarios.
A high-end / high-tech compact tactical folding knife applicable for hard use utility, combat defense and international everyday carry.
Despite its size, the Exilis is a formidable tactical knife. Which means it can also be just as formidable in any other cutting task any other pocket knife should perform, but in most cases, better and faster.
his is my most consistently carried and used blade tool since acquiring it in late 2014.
Submariner Date Watch
This Rolex is a retirement gift from my former employer of which I only recently reacquired after 4 years, as collateral for a favor.
They say the Submariner is the most iconic of wristwatches and while the Rolex brand may be ostentatious, this piece is a tool watch, meant to be ruggedly worn everyday for any activity and environment.
Whatever the case, it tells time and it’s a symbol of my achievement and the flashiest thing I never bought.
Made by Tuff Writer, these are the best tactical pens that don’t look like deadly weapons but without sacrificing their tactical nature. Exceedingly tough built like a tank with precision writing elements.
The most perfect self defense tool for non-permissive environments.
The true carry-anywhere defense weapon. I’ve taken it through airport security around the world with no issues.
This is the world’s most beautiful carabiner, by Svorn. But more than that, it’s as perfect for stylish and functional everyday carry needs.
Made uniquely of zinc alloy into an elegant artistic piece at just the right size, unlike other non-climbing carabiners that are as large as the climbing versions.
I now have 4 of these used for various purposes including 1 on my person at all times.
Dark Energy 214A
This is the smallest model of SOG’s line of flashlights. Overbuilt for tactical and other heavy duty use but in an ultra-compact size. Unusually powerful (for its size) at a max 214 lumens with 4 operating modes including strobe.
The rear thumb button and forward impact bezel is a nice touch.
This has been a part of my EDC and vagabonding packing list since 2012.
