An intimately prearranged strategy of crafted deception to recollect the details of those lies and to mitigate falter in the continuity of them.

Deception is a part of a covert operative‘s job description, an essential factor of the skillset.

Initial deception is easy, remembering those lies and keeping them going is not. This is a strategy to effectively remember lies like actual memories.

Recalling memories is far easier and more natural than fabricating information from imagination.

That’s why a lie, whenever situationally feasible, should become “true” – through its inception.

Meaning a lie should be premeditated with as much true (to you) information in it as possible. In most cases, these true details should come from your own personal experiences, memory and relevant data.

Instead of using random or new information, replace those details with ones you’re already familiar with:

        – People You Know

    – Lucky Number

    – Events From Your Own Life

    – Favorite Color

    – Personal Preferences and Tastes

    – Places You’ve Been

Example: When introducing a nonexistent person, craft the character out of someone from your past that suits the narrative of the deception. Their personality name, nickname, appearance etc.

The less new information you have to invent, the better, more believable and recallable the lie will be.
