/// Photo: POV Riding a Tuk-Tuk in Chiang Mai
My (first person) point of view perspective while riding a tuk-tuk AKA “auto rickshaw” taxi through the urban streets of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The auto rickshaw is a common form of urban transport, both as a vehicle for hire and for private use, in many countries around the world, especially those with tropical or subtropical climates, including many developing countries.-Wiktionary
Dangerous, unreliable, uncomfortable and yet a tuk-tuk taxi is my favorite way to get around Thailand. Maybe it’s the open-air build with nimble maneuverability that can zip through traffic like a rabbit.
